Liters of pure alcohol consumed per capita per year in Czechia is 14.3 and Americans don't feature in this list of top 10 countries.

The Mud Puddle Recipe
Pour the Vodka over ice into a chilled glass and pour the orange juice in followed by the Dr. pepper. Stir, serve and enjoy!
