Czechia has the highest per capita consumption of pure alcohol of all countries of the World.
Liters of pure alcohol consumed per capita per year in Czechia is 14.3 and Americans don't feature in this list of top 10 countries.

Put ice into glass and add limoncello and Vodka. Then add Sprite.
Limoncello
limoncello is an Italian liqueur from Southern Italy, in Northern Italy it is usually referred to as Limoncino. It is a lemon liqueur, made from the zest of Femminello St.Teresa lemons.
Lemon zest, or peels without the pith, is steeped in rectified spirit until the essential oils are released. The yellow spirit is then blended with simple syrup.
Note: If a bottle of Limoncello is hard to come buy and it's not particularly the base spirit of the cocktail, Limoncello can be substituted with a neutral spirit like a neutral Vodka blended with some syrup like Torani Lemon Syrup.Lemon Vodka

You'll find it to be the most popular spirit in drink making because of it's neutral taste and absence of flavour and colour.

Vodka is known to be good for the heart, and if consumed in moderation, can prove to be good for cardiovascular health
Note that these days there are flavoured Vodka available in the market too, and some cocktails do make use of them.
