The 151 Rum like the now discontinued Bacardi 151 is an 100 Proof or overproof Rum that has an alcoholic content of over 75%. But why 151? 151 is the Octane rating of jet fuel, and 151 is the purest jet fuel. The 151 Rum indeed has the strength of pure Jet Fuel.

Cupcake Recipe


Fill a glass half full with cubed ice. Pour in 1/2 cup of Seagram's vanilla Vodka (or other vanilla Vodka). Pour in 1/2 cup of Sprite from 1/2 a foot above glass (helps make it mix better). Stir for 10 seconds, and serve.

  • Seagrams Vanilla Vodka

    Vanilla Vodka is a pure grain Vodka infused with vanilla essence. Ciroc, Grey Goose, Smirnoff, Stolichnaya and Absolut, all have a vanilla vodka in their product range.

    Vanilla Vodka created with organic vanilla pods or essence are much mellow and smooth while cheaper varities created with artifical vanilla essence are strong sickeningly sweet and strong to the nose. Choose your vanilla vodka carefully and prefer the established brands with good review.

    Soda refers to carbonated water, sweetened, flavoured or plain, but there is a difference between Soda and plain Carbonated Water or Sparkling Water, which is known as Seltzer Water, while Seltzer Water is plain water carbonated to add fizz, Soda water contains potassium bicarbonate and potassium sulphate in the water, and according to research Seltzer Water is safer for teeth health and sparkling water provides true hydration and is better at it than regular soda or diet soda.
