How can I make clear ice at home?
MORETo make clear ice, follow these steps:
1. Boil the Water: Boil water to remove impurities that cause cloudiness.
2. Cool it Gradually: Allow the boiled water to cool gradually to room temperature.
3. Freeze it Slowly: Place the cooled water in an insulated container and freeze it slowly.
4. Remove Cloudy Portion: Once frozen, cut away the cloudy portion, leaving clear ice.

Shady Cariboo Sunset Recipe
Mix all spirits over 8 cubes of ice in the Hurricane glass. Add juices and then pour the grenadine on top. Stir and serve.
