The ingredients mingle beautifully when stirred together over ice - no shaking required. Strained into an old fashioned glass, this libation invites lingering over. Savor the interplay between sweet hazelnuts, spicy anise and aged rum. For extra richness, try it with walnut or almond liqueur. A twist of orange peel makes a lovely garnish.   • Dark Rum

    Dark Rums have molasses as their main ingredient, the dark liquor has a full bodied flavour of spices and caramel and is a favourite drink with Cola and is part of so many cocktails.

    The term Dark Rum is not a legal definition but it generally refers to any rum that is dark brown in appearance due to ageing or from additional molasses or caramel.

    The colour of Dark Rum varies from Gold to Black, depending on the years of ageing in the vat.

  • Ouzo Anise Liqueur

    Anise flavoured spirits or liqueurs had been in use for ages, but anise flavoured spirits gained popularity post the initial ban on Absinthe, the anise, fennel and wormwood derived spirit that has the notoriety of being a highly alcoholic spirit psychoactive and hallucinegenic drug, that was was banned for a while.

    The most popular anise based or anise flavoured spirits are Absinthe, Anisette, Arak, Galliano, Pernod Fils, Ouzo, Pastis and many more.

  • Frangelico Hazelnut Liqueur

    Hazelnut Liqueur is a nutty liqueur produced from hazelnuts macerated in neutral spirits and/or brandy and has a sweet nutty flavour similar to almond flavour liqueurs like Amaretto.

    Frangelico is one of the most renowned Hazelnut Liqueur brands coming out of Italy and the other budget brand is DeKuyper.
