Café Polonaise De Lancut
café polonaise de lancuCafé Polonaise De Lancut is a popular Rum cocktail containing a combinations of Sugar Cubes,Coffee Hot,Vodka,Cream,Lemon Juice .Served using Any Glass of your Choice
A traditional Polish coffee featuring vodka for an extra kick. Sugar cubes placed directly in the mug lend slowly dissolving sweetness. Strong fresh coffee dissolves the sugar while heating the vodka to release its aromas. Afloat of cream on top creates an indulgent, creamy finish. Sip slowly through a straw while still hot to experience the layers of flavor.

Café Polonaise De Lancut Recipe

Put the two sugar cubes in a heat-resistant tumbler or mug. Add the other ingredients (except cream) and stir. Float the cream (do not stir or mix) and drink through it, with a straw if you like, while still hot. Marek notes: I wouldn't recommend using more than one shot of the Vodka as alcohol gets into your system much quicker if you heat it up.

  • Coffee Hot

Coffee or roasted coffee beans brewed in hot water, is the most popular drink that probably competes only with tea in the non-alocholic beverages category. Coffee being a rich source of caffeine it can help the human body overcome fatigue and improve physical performance and also lower risks of several conditions like Type II Diabetes, Cancer and Alzheimer's and Parkinson's disease.
Coffee liqueur is a popular and brands like Kahlua and Tia Maria are regulars in cocktails, but often brewed non alcoholic coffee is used in cocktails too, hot black coffee with Rum and whipped cream is what makes a Troical Coffee Cocktail for you, and being a caffeine rich liquid, it is a strange combination with alcohol since it tends to interact with the body and do just the opposite of what alcohol does, that it, tries to keep you alert and awake.

  • Vodka

Vodka is an European clear distilled alcoholic drink that has been one of the most popular drinks across the world .

You'll find it to be the most popular spirit in drink making because of it's neutral taste and absence of flavour and colour.

Vodka often replaces Gin in many traditional cocktails

Vodka is known to be good for the heart, and if consumed in moderation, can prove to be good for cardiovascular health

Note that these days there are flavoured Vodka available in the market too, and some cocktails do make use of them.

  • Cream

Cream can be used to make a creamy cocktail, but when you make a cream cocktail make sure you whip and make your own version. You can also go for a heavy whipped cream which is thicker than regular cream and milk fat can be between 30%-40%.
For a rich and creamy cocktail recipe, combine heavy cream with one shot of alcohol and powdered sugar, then whip it until soft peaks form for a fluffy consistency or you can use it as a loose cream.

  • Lemon Juice

Lemon Juice being rich in Vitamin C is an excellent remedy for sore throat and aids in digestion and controls blood sugar, and also promoted weight loss. It is used for various culinary and non-culinary purposes all over the world. Lemon juice is known to reduce or even reverse the effects of excessive alcohol consumption and intoxication.
In drink mixing, fresh lemon juice brings a tangy zing to so many classic drinks and in fact, it's the most used ingredient in drink mixing other than the liquors of course.
