The Absinthe Minded Martini
the absinthe minded martini is a popular Gin,Vermouth cocktail containing a combinations of Absinthe,Gin,Grand Marnier,Dry Vermouth,Oranges .Served using Any Glass of your Choice
The Absinthe Minded Martini plays with the herbal, licorice-tinged flavor of absinthe to put a creative twist on a classic gin martini. Absinthe was banned for many years, but modern versions lack the controversial wormwood ingredient, allowing just a hint to shine when used sparingly in cocktails. Combining the gin and absinthe creates a complex botanical base, while dry vermouth provides an herbal backbone. Swirling the vermouth coats the glass and seasons it before discarding. Floating Grand Marnier on the surface not only looks stunning, it provides a sweet orange aroma as you sip. Using a high quality French absinthe and garnish of orange twist balances the anise with citrus. This martini inspires the mind to contemplate its evolving herbaceous flavors. à votre santé!
