Faerie Fizz Recipe


Please do not waste quality absinthe on this cocktail! Pour absinthe into the glass and add sugar. Stir with a bit of ice until as much sugar as possible is dissolved in the absinthe. Add ginger ale to Fill glass. Stir very gently a few times as needed to dissolve the remaining sugar.
