Nightboat to Brazil
What is the B-52 cocktail named after?
MORECreator Peter Fich was a fan of the band and so named shooters after his favourite bands. The B-52 is a layered shot with a coffee liqueur such as Kahlua at the bottom Irish cream in the middle and Grand Marnier on the top (Cointreau or triple sec can be used instead).
Variations include a B-51 which uses Frangelico hazelnut liqueur as the top layer; B-53 which substitutes Sambuca for Irish cream; and B-55 or B-52 Gunship which substitutes absinthe for triple sec.
The shooter caught on amongst Arsenal fans during Nicklas Bendtner's time at the club where he was nicknamed B-52 after wearing a number

Sagatiba Pura
Cachaça or Cachaca is a distilled spirit made from fermented sugarcane juice. It is also known as pinga, caninha and several other names. It is the favourite distilled alcohol of Brazil.
Cachaca, is also known as the Brazilian Rum, and it has a long and rich story. Many cachacas, however, are better defied as firewater than palatable Rum. Sagatiba Pura is an ultra premium cachaca first released in 2004 and then released to the U.S. market in 2007.Cointreau Orange Liqueur
Orange Liqueur is the generic name for orange fruit based liqueurs, there are two traditions of orange liqueur, Triple Sec and Curacao, two major brands being Cointreau from the Triple Sec tradition and Grand Marnier from the Curacao tradition.
Lime Juice
Lime Juice being rich in Vitamin C is an excellent remedy for sore throat and aids in digestion and controls blood sugar, and also promoted weight loss. It is used for various culinary and non-culinary purposes all over the world. Lime juice is known to reduce or even reverse the effects of excessive alcohol consumption and intoxication.
The difference between Lime Juice and Lemon Juice is that although the sweet and sour Lemon and the bitter and sour Lime are two different fruits, they have similar properties and tastes similar too, the Lime, unlike the sweet and large Lemon, is used raw and is usually plucked green and has more bitterness and sourness in it's taste, and is grown better in tropical and sub-tropical climates.
In drink mixing, fresh lemon juice brings a tangy zing to so many classic drinks and in fact, it's the most used ingredient in drink mixing other than the liquors of course.Batida De Coco
Batida De Coco is a blend of coconut milk with neutral spirit. It is made from coconut milk and coconut water, and cachaca sugarcane liqueur.
Batida is a Brazilians style of drink made from several fruits and it can be considered as a cocktail too, while the industrially produced Batida de Coco is the liqueur with the same flavour as Batida de Coco or the coconut mixed drink popular all over Brazil.
