Pucker up for this sweet-tart lemonade cocktail with a whisky edge. Use smooth Canadian whisky for the base spirit. Tart lemon juice provides bright acidity, while sour apple schnapps contributes candy-like green apple flavor. Top with fizzy clear lemon-lime soda for a lighter, more quaffable drink. Build everything over ice in a tall glass. Stir briefly to incorporate. Add a green apple slice or wedge of lemon for garnish. The sweet apples and lemon complement each other nicely for a well-balanced flavor. Adjust the schnapps amount to your preferred tartness.   • Sour Apple Pucker

    Pucker is a line of fruit flavoured liqueur produced by DeKyuper and are usually 15% ABV (30 proof). Puckers are mostly used in mixed drinks.

    Sour Apple Pucker is a sour apple-flavored fruit liqueur produced in the Netherlands by DeKuyper . Being just 15% ABV (30 proof) it's fairly low in spirit and is used in many cocktails.

  • Lime Juice

    Lime Juice being rich in Vitamin C is an excellent remedy for sore throat and aids in digestion and controls blood sugar, and also promoted weight loss. It is used for various culinary and non-culinary purposes all over the world. Lime juice is known to reduce or even reverse the effects of excessive alcohol consumption and intoxication.
    The difference between Lime Juice and Lemon Juice is that although the sweet and sour Lemon and the bitter and sour Lime are two different fruits, they have similar properties and tastes similar too, the Lime, unlike the sweet and large Lemon, is used raw and is usually plucked green and has more bitterness and sourness in it's taste, and is grown better in tropical and sub-tropical climates.
