Pour Barenjager honey liqueur into a shot glass. Carefully layer the Bailey's irish cream on top. Do the same with the Bacardi 151, and serve.

  • Barenjager Honey Liqueur

    Honey has been in use in liquor making since time immemorial, and mead, the honey wine bears proof of it's traditional use, but it's introduction in liqueur making is relatively new. A honey liqueur is a blend of neutral grain spirit and real honey, flavoured with a secret blend of spices.

    Bärenjäger is a favourite honey liqueur of today, made from a honey originally called Barenfang ( Bear Trap ) this honey that was once enticing to a beer became a favourite with people too, and ended up in this spectacular blend of sweet and thick honey and a blend of spice accents that would give hints of cinnamon, clove and a deep not of allspice, cardamom, gentian and many other spices.

    Some well-known honey liqueur brands are
    1. Barenfang Honey Liqueur. Barenfang Honey Liqueur or Meschkinnes or Honig Liqueur is a honey flavoured liqueur with bright yellow color.
    2. Barenjager Honey Liqueur.
    3. Beenleigh Honey Liqueur.
    4. Bols Honey Liqueur.
    5. Cazcabel Honey Tequila Liqueur.
    6. Irish Mist Honey Liqueur.
    7. Karri Honey Liqueur.

  • Baileys Irish Cream

    Bailey's Irish Cream is an Irish cream liqueur, a liqueur is an alcoholic drink made of distilled spirits and flavorings such as sugar, fruits, herbs, and spices. They can be rightfully christened as the descendants of herbal medicine. The Bailey's Irish Cream is a sweet, cream and cocoa flavoured thick liqueur with Irish Whiskey being the base alcohol and is one of the most popular liqueurs used in cocktail creation.

  • Bacardi 151 Rum

    Bacardi 151 is a discontinued brand of highly alcoholic Rum made by Bacardi Limited of Bermuda. It is has alcohol concentration level of 151 US Proof or has 75.5% alcohol by volume. Way higher than a regular 35% - 40% ABV of a standard Rum. Bacardi discontinued the 151 in 2016.

    Because of it's high alcohol concentration a 151 Proof Rum is highly inflammable and is thus used in making stunning flaming shots. Bacardi probably discontinued the Bacardi 151 after a few lawsuits, but there are other brands of 151 Proof or overproof Rum available in the market
