Any Glass of your Choice

The Tapeworm
The Tapeworm or Tapeworm Shot is a popular Vodka cocktail containing a combinations of Mayonnaise, Vodka, Tabasco Sauce, Black Pepper .Served using Any Glass of your Choice

An audaciously unconventional libation, the Tapeworm Shot purposely provokes through both flavor and presentation. On the palate, it melds the fieriness of vodka and Tabasco with the rich creaminess of mayonnaise and an earthy black pepper kick - an aggressive, full-bodied blend that assaults the senses with its contrasting elements of heat, salt, and fat.

However, it's the visuals that truly set this cocktail apart. The pièce de résistance is an unsettlingly realistic "tapeworm" formed by drizzling mayonnaise over the top and dusting with black pepper, resulting in a stringy, worm-like garnish. For those daring enough to embrace the novelty of unorthodox flavors and confronting presentations, the Tapeworm Shot awaits as a true feat in mixological shock value. An acquired taste to be sure, but an unforgettable sensory experience for the adventurous imbiber.

The Tapeworm Recipe

Pour into a shot glass, shake pepper and finally top with a thin film of mayonnaise.

Its a Vodka cocktail with tabasco sauce, so evidently is a hot and mildly salty cocktail. Pepper adds to the hot quotient but the name comes from the very interesting yet gross idea the barman who invented this, had.

After mixing Vodka and Tabasco and shaking some pepper onto it, take a tube of mayonnaise, preferably with a flat and narrow mouth, squeeze the mayonnaise into the glass without breaking the string. The end result is a gross looking glass of bloodied fluid with a tapeworm floating in it. The longer the worm, the better indeed.
