Shake 50 ml Thunder Toffee Vodka with 50 ml Mango puree and a pinch of chilli flakes,strain and pour in a martini glass,garnish with a fresh chilli on the side of the glass and sprinkle some chilli on top. Very simple but very nice,chilli takes the edge of the sweetness out,stunning.
