  • Celtic Crossing Liqueur

Celtic Crossing Liqueur now known as Celtic Honey is a unique liqueur made from a secret recipe, in honour of millions of Irish who have crossed the seas. It is a delicious combination of Irish spirit and cognac with a hint of honey, with a subtle and delicate taste, with a deep complex and mysterious feel.
Celtic Honey is owned by New York based company Castle Brands Inc, produced in Ireland it is a 30% ABV or 60 US Proof liqueur.

  • Frangelico

Frangelico is a delicious hazelnut liqueur similar to Amaretto, distilled from hazelnuts grown in Piedmont, Italy and is blended with cocoa, coffee and vanilla extracts. It is light and versatile liqueur that can drank on the rocks, as shots, in coffee or in cocktails.

  • Half And Half Cream

Half-And-Half is just half whole milk and half heavy cream. The texture is thicker than milk, but less richer than full cream. It is a perfect middle ground for Coffee and Cocktails.
Half-And-Half can be interchanged with Heavy Whipping Cream. The difference is in the fat content, Half-and-half is 10 to 18 percent fat, and heavy cream falls between 30 and 36 percent. So while replacing one with the other, the consistency and thickness of the cocktail will depend on how much of the heavy cream you use to replace the Half-And-Half.

Blue Tick Project:We aim at manually validating and verifying each cocktail in their current context and mark them as valid, where, a blue tick would mean that the recipe has been verified and is 100% accurate while an orange tick would mean the recipe has low confidence.
Where as a grey tick would mean that the recipe has not yet been manually validated or verified recently.
