MOREThe show that popularized the Cosmopolitan was Sex and the City. The main character Carrie Bradshaw and her friends would often drink them at lunches dinners and nightclubs. The popularity of the show led to a resurgence in the popularity of the cocktail and it has remained a popular drink ever since.

Rock and Rye Cooler Recipe
Shake Vodka, rock and rye, and lime juice with ice. Strain into a ice filled collins glass, top with lemon soda and stir gently. Garnish with a slice of lime, and serve.
