MOREIf an open flame isn't accessible, you can still release citrus oils by using a heat source like a hot skillet or a heated spoon. Hold the peel over the heat source and follow the twisting motion to express the oils.

Pure' white 'Russian Recipe
Use fresh whipped cream for this recipe (whip 1/4 Cup of sugar 1/2 Cup of heavy whipping cream together in a bowl until it is thick). In a glass filled halfway with ice, pour equal parts of Vodka and coffee liqueur. Fill to taste with the whipped cream and garnish with chocolate covered coffee beans.
