Pandan Infused Mekhong Recipe
Pour Mekhong into an infusing bottle containing 3 to 4 Pandan leaves and leave for at least one week. Strain and return Mekhong to original bottle. Serve as a shot straight from the cooler or add ice and drink long by adding Club soda.

Mekhong, the Spirit of Thailand, is the first domestically produced branded Golden Spirit of the country.
Note than although Mekhong is mentioned as a Whisky, but it is more of a Rum in composition and style. It is made from 95% sugar cane molasses and 5% rice. The distillate is then blended with herbs and spices to give it's aroma and taste. Mekhong is bottled at 35% ABV.Club Soda
Soda refers to carbonated water, sweetened, flavoured or plain, but there is a difference between Soda and plain Carbonated Water or Sparkling Water, which is known as Seltzer Water, while Seltzer Water is plain water carbonated to add fizz, Soda water contains potassium bicarbonate and potassium sulphate in the water, and according to research Seltzer Water is safer for teeth health and sparkling water provides true hydration and is better at it than regular soda or diet soda.
