Butterscotch Schnapps
Schnapps is an alcoholic beverage that can be a distilled fruit brandy, a herbal liqueur, infusions and flavoured liqueurs, made by infusing fruit syrups, spices or artificial flavourings to a neutral grain spirit.
Schnapps in German means a strong alcoholic drink and it's usually a 60-80 proof (30% - 40% ABV) beverage.
Butterscotch Schnapps is a Schanpps made by infusing butter and brown sugar in grain spirit, and is designed to taste just like butterscotch caramels and are used in creating sweet cocktails and shots. It is usually 30–42 proof (15% – 21% ABV ) and is weaker than other Schnapps.
The most famous Butterscotch Schnapps is Dekuyper Buttershot Schnapps.Frangelico
Frangelico is a delicious hazelnut liqueur similar to Amaretto, distilled from hazelnuts grown in Piedmont, Italy and is blended with cocoa, coffee and vanilla extracts. It is light and versatile liqueur that can drank on the rocks, as shots, in coffee or in cocktails.
Half And Half Cream
Half-And-Half is just half whole milk and half heavy cream. The texture is thicker than milk, but less richer than full cream. It is a perfect middle ground for Coffee and Cocktails.
Half-And-Half can be interchanged with Heavy Whipping Cream. The difference is in the fat content, Half-and-half is 10 to 18 percent fat, and heavy cream falls between 30 and 36 percent. So while replacing one with the other, the consistency and thickness of the cocktail will depend on how much of the heavy cream you use to replace the Half-And-Half.Hazelnut Liqueur
Hazelnut Liqueur is a nutty liqueur produced from hazelnuts macerated in neutral spirits and/or brandy and has a sweet nutty flavour similar to almond flavour liqueurs like Amaretto.
Frangelico is one of the most renowned Hazelnut Liqueur brands coming out of Italy and the other budget brand is DeKuyper.Irish Cream
Cream can be used to make a creamy cocktail, but when you make a cream cocktail make sure you whip and make your own version. You can also go for a heavy whipped cream which is thicker than regular cream and milk fat can be between 30%-40%.
For a rich and creamy cocktail recipe, combine heavy cream with one shot of alcohol and powdered sugar, then whip it until soft peaks form for a fluffy consistency or you can use it as a loose cream.

Where as a grey tick would mean that the recipe has not yet been manually validated or verified recently.
