Mersey Brown Trout Recipe
Rinse a standard cocktail glass with the vermouth so that it coats the whole inner surface of the glass and then tip remainder out (or sip it up- waste not want not!). Top a shaker up 3/4 full with ice. Add the Wyborowa Vodka and Grand Marnier and shake vigorously until condensation appears on the shaker. Strain into the glass. Curl a little orange zest into the glass. Layer the Absinthe over the cocktail and voila! A nery nasty martini (but oh so good if you like it hot because this one burns)! Note- To layer the absinthe (for dummies and let's face it, we all were once): - place a teaspoon against the side of the glass and pour the shot very carefully over the BACK of the spoon. This stops it from mixing with the other alcohol and the effect is known as floating Enjoy!

Where as a grey tick would mean that the recipe has not yet been manually validated or verified recently.
