Melon Island Recipe
Combine the Vodka, pisang ambon, passion-fruit liqueur, vanilla ice cream and pineapple juice in a cocktail shaker. Shake well. Pour into a highball glass. Garnish with a pineapple wedge, slice of lemon and mint sprig, and serve.
