It is the wine that was served at the 12th Century Wedding of King Richard the Lionheart, and he declared Commandaria the Wine of Kings, and the King of Wines.

Manilla Gorilla Recipe
Combine the vanilla Vodka, banana liqueur and cream in a cocktail shaker with crushed ice. Shake gently. Serve in highball or shot glasses.
Vanilla Vodka
Vanilla Vodka is a pure grain Vodka infused with vanilla essence. Ciroc, Grey Goose, Smirnoff, Stolichnaya and Absolut, all have a vanilla vodka in their product range.
Vanilla Vodka created with organic vanilla pods or essence are much mellow and smooth while cheaper varities created with artifical vanilla essence are strong sickeningly sweet and strong to the nose. Choose your vanilla vodka carefully and prefer the established brands with good review.Creme De Banane
Crème de Banane is a banana flavoured liqueur bottled at 17–25% Alcohol by Volume. it is mostly used in alcoholic beverages, in cocktails and in cooking and as dessert dressing too.
Crème de Banane, are based on neutral alcohol distilled from beet root and flavoured with an extract made from both a distillation and infusion of bananas, and sweetened with sugar.
Note: If a Creme de Banane liquor is not available a Creme de Banane Syrup can be used as a replacement too.Cream
Cream can be used to make a creamy cocktail, but when you make a cream cocktail make sure you whip and make your own version. You can also go for a heavy whipped cream which is thicker than regular cream and milk fat can be between 30%-40%.
For a rich and creamy cocktail recipe, combine heavy cream with one shot of alcohol and powdered sugar, then whip it until soft peaks form for a fluffy consistency or you can use it as a loose cream.
