Step 3: Add Ice
Add quality ice cubes to the mixing glass. Using larger cubes helps to chill the mixture without excessive dilution.
Step 4: Hold the Bar Spoon Correctly
Hold the bar spoon between your thumb and the first two fingers, allowing it to pivot smoothly as you stir.
Step 5: Stir Gently and Smoothly

Once adequately stirred (usually around 20-30 seconds), use a strainer to pour the mixture into the appropriate glassware, ensuring no ice is transferred.
