Shake all ingredients, and strain over ice into a rocks glass. Garnish with a strawberry and colorful conversation hearts.
Bitters Peach
Alcoholic spirits infused with botanicals such as herbs, roots, fruits and leaves, are called Bitters.
Bitters consist of water and alcohol which has been steeped with various herbs, fruits, leaves etc. Bitters are not to be drank neat or even as the base spirit of a cocktail, these are usually concentrated alcoholic concoctions and just a dash or a few drops are all we need to add that taste to a cocktail.

Orange Juice being citrus and naturally sweet and sour, it literally goes with almost any liquor, and of course Vodka being neutral, the best known pairing is with Vodka. But goes well with Dark Rum too, and you get the Planter's Punch, mix it with Champagne and you have made a mimosa, or with tequila to make a tequila sunrise.Maple Syrup
Maple Syrup is all North American, and is usually made from the sap of sugar maple, red maple or black maple trees. Maple trees store starch in their trunks and before winter the starch is sent to the roots and converted to sugar that rises in the sap in winter, maple trees are tapped by drilling into their trunks and collecting the sap, which is then processed and reduced into a concentrated syrup.
Parfait Amour
Parfait Amour or Parfait d'Amour is a purple liqueur, generally created from a curacao liqueur base, flavoured with rose petals, vanilla and almonds, in the version created by the House of Lucas Bols, Netherlands, where as the one produced by DeKuyper uses a spirit base, and is flavoured with lemon, corriander and violets.
It is used in cocktails for its purple hue and a perfume like sensation in the mouth.
