  • Chillies 2 or 3 -
  • Garam Masala 1/4 tsp
  • Turmeric 1/8 teaspoon
  • Vodka 9 cl

Dead From The Forehead Down! Recipe


Blend a little of the coconut milk with the chillies into a fine paste. Add the rest of the coconut milk then blend again. Heat a sauce-pan and add the garam masala, turmeric and the coconut mix. Bring to the boil then simmer for 10 minutes. Leave to cool then into a tall glass and add Vodka.
