MOREA short stir refers to stirring for a brief duration, ideal for maintaining a spirit-forward profile. A long stir involves more extended stirring, introducing more dilution and a silkier texture.

Moderate ABV ( between 15% and 20% ), Balanced and approachable.

- Lime Vodka 5 cl
- Lime 4 wedges
- Pepper, Chili 2 whole
- Sugar, Brown 1.5 tsp.

Chilli Caipiroska Recipe
Chop one of the chili's length-wise and remove the pips. Muddle in the bottom of the glass with the lime wedges and the sugar. Fill glass to the Top with crushed ice, pour Vodka through the ice. Plunge blend with flat end of a bar spoon. garnish with the other chili.
