Pour Vodka, Jose Cuervo gold tequila, mezcal and creme de bananes into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes. Shake well, strain into a cocktail glass, and serve.

  • Mezcal

    Mezcal is a Mexican distilled alcoholic beverage made from the succulent plant Maguey, Maguay includes Genus Agave ( of which the Blue Agave of Tequila fame is part ) , Genus Furcraea and Maguey Flowers.

    So technically a Tequila is a Mezcal. Mezcal is probably a product of Spanish conquest, the native agave fermented beers like pulque were what introduced the Spaniards to the Agave plant and with their experience of centuries of producing distilled liquor, they started producing Mezcal from different varities of Maguey. The word MEzcal comes from Nahuatl ( Aztec language ) word mexcalli, which means "oven-cooked agave".

    Mezcal is 40% - 55% , 80 to 100 US Proof. IT is clear to golden in colour with a sweet, fruity, earthly and smoky flavour and is usually drank straight.

  • Creme De Banane

    Crème de Banane is a banana flavoured liqueur bottled at 17–25% Alcohol by Volume. it is mostly used in alcoholic beverages, in cocktails and in cooking and as dessert dressing too.

    Crème de Banane, are based on neutral alcohol distilled from beet root and flavoured with an extract made from both a distillation and infusion of bananas, and sweetened with sugar.
    Note: If a Creme de Banane liquor is not available a Creme de Banane Syrup can be used as a replacement too.

Maniis an ERP and SaaS developer and architect by day and a cocktail enthusiast in her leisure. She holds a Masters in Computer Application and Programming.
