Pour the Bacardi, Passoa, sweet and sour mix, and juices into a highball glass almost filled with ice cubes. Stir well, garnish with a slice of lime, and serve.

  • Bacardi Limon Rum

    Bacardi Limon Rum is a Citrus Rum, Bacardi introduced it in 1995 and Bacardi Limon Original Citrus Rum is their first ever flavoured Rum. Bacardi Limon is a blend of Bacardi White Rum infused with a delectable combination of natural lemon, lime and grapefruit, the name Limon is the French for Lemon.

    People often confuse it with a flavoured Vodka, but it's pure Rum.

  • Passoa Liqueur

    A liqueur is an alcoholic beverage made mostly from rectified neutral spirits flavoured with sugar, fruits, herbs and spices. Liqueurs are often served as aperitif or digestif or used as bitters, and some are ceremonial or have regional cultural significance.
    Most liqueur recipes that date back to the medieval or early modern era tend to have secret recipes and legends following them trough centuries. Liqueurs mostly began in the laboratories of pharmacists as medicines or at homes as ways of preserving seasonal fruits, or were created by monks in their monasteries. and then took off as fragrant, flavourful liqueurs, either filtered to be clear or cloudy.
    Liqueurs are created by infusing or macerating fruits and herbs in neutral grain spirit, brandy base like cognac, rum, vodka or even whisky and then filtering the infused alcohol to produce the unique sweet beverage.

  • Sweet And Sour Mix

    Sweet and Sour Mix, also Whiskey Sour Mix or Margarita Mix or Daiquiri Mix is a versatile mix in many cocktails.
    This is a yellowish-green coloured concoction, with equal portion of lemon or lime juice with a simple syrup. When this mix is shaken vigorously with ice it produces a pearly-white liquid mixture ready for your cocktail.

  • Cranberry Juice

    Cranberry Juice is rich in Vitamin C and antioxidants, the compounds that fight free radicals and kills harmful bacteria. Cranberry juice is a home remedy for Urinary Tract Infection.
    Pure Cranberry Juice is sour and bitter with very low sugar in it, and thus fortified Cranberry Juice is used for consumption and sugar is added to it for taste. The resulting juice tart and sweet and with a pH of 2.6 it is quite acidic and is an excellent substitute for Red Wine.

  • Grape Juice

    Grape juice is the juice obtained from crushing and pressing grapes into a liquid. In wine making this juice with skin and pulp is called the Must, the sugars in grape juice has versatile use, it can be used as a sweetener, and fermented into wine, brandy or vinegar.
    Grape juice are full of antioxidants, flavonoids and nutrients, in America, juice from the Concord Grape cultivar is more common and this purple grape juice is a common ingredient in cocktails that are past the summer feel and gives an autumnal feel.

Neel B is an Electronics and Telecommunications Engineer and martial arts and fitness enthusiast. He is an avid reader, compulsive doodler, and painter. His love for cocktails arises from the art in it and the history that traces the ups and downs of modern civilisation over centuries.

Maniis an ERP and SaaS developer and architect by day and a cocktail enthusiast in her leisure. She holds a Masters in Computer Application and Programming.
