American Cobbler Recipe
Combine all but soda water in shaker with ice. Mix thoroughly and strain into rocks glass with ice. Garnish with peach or mint. Simple sugar: 2 cups sugar, 1 cup water. Combine sugar and water in saucepan and bring to boil. Reduce heat and let simmer 10 to 15 minutes. Allow cooling, consistency should be about that of honey. Keep refrigerate. For added flavor, add 1 tbs. vanilla before boiling.
