White Creme De Menthe
Creme de Menthe is the French for mint cream. It is a sweet mint flavoured alcoholic beverage. Made with Corsican mint leaves, steeped in grain alcohol for several weeks and then filtered and sweetened to create the liqueur.
There are two variations of creme de menthe, white and green, green Creme de Menthe is coloured green by adding mint leaves to the mint extract, otherwise both are similar in taste and flavour.
Note: If a bottle of Creme de Menthe is hard to come by, or not in a mood to buy a liqueur, substitute the Creme de Menthe Liqueur with a Creme de Menthe Syrup and Vodka.Southern Comfort Peach Liqueur
Southern Comfort is now branded as a Whiskey Liqueur and is associated with bourbon , but originally the brand produced peach liqueurand was one of the few peach liqueurs in the market. Produced using neutral spirit and over 100 ingredients, the final liqueur matured for eight months before bottling.

Hot Chocolate or Hot Cocoa is a heated drink consisting of shaved chocolate, melted chocolate or cocoa powder, hot milk or water and a sweetener. Used mostly in winter cocktails, hot chocolate tastes best with coffee liqueur, peppermint Vodka, Amaretto, Tequila and even Red Wine.
