Shake and serve in a tall glass with ice.
Red Blood Orange Puree
The blood orange is a natural mutation of the orange and it has a crimson/blood coloured flesh. The distinctive blood colour is from the anthocyanins, a group of polyphenol pigments common in many flowers and fruits but not in citrus fruits.
An orange itself is probably a hybrid of pomelo and tangerine and a natural mutation is not surprising. Anthocyanins are antioxidants and are known to be anti-carcinogenic and helps reduce free radical damage to the body. With nine times the antioxidants, double the vitamin A and presence of other polyphenols, Blood Oranges outclass other oranges when it comes to health benefits.Cranberry
Cranberry Juice is rich in Vitamin C and antioxidants, the compounds that fight free radicals and kills harmful bacteria. Cranberry juice is a home remedy for Urinary Tract Infection.
Pure Cranberry Juice is sour and bitter with very low sugar in it, and thus fortified Cranberry Juice is used for consumption and sugar is added to it for taste. Liqueur created by macerating cranberries in neutral spirit or infusing cranberries in neutral spirit, the few brands that are popular in cranberry liqueur are BVLand Cranberry Liqueur which has a strong acid balance and a pleasant bitter and sweet flavour and a bright red colour. Gabriel Boudier Cranberry Liqueur, a bright red liqueur with a prominent cranberry flavour and a bright red colour. And then, Marie Brizard Cranberry Liqueur, a tangy and fruity liqueur with the freshness of cranberries and followed by an end note of wild berries. Gomme Syrup
Gomme Syrup or Gomme is a syrup commonly used in cocktails, It is otherwise a regular bar syrup with sugar cane and water, but it has a special ingredient, gum arabic( also known as Gum Sudani and Acacia Gum ), which acts as an emulsifier.
Gomme syrup is made with the highest percentage of sugar to water possible, while the gum arabic prevents the sugar from crystallizing and adds a smooth texture. - says Cocktails Fandom
