Gomme Syrup or Gomme is a syrup commonly used in cocktails, It is otherwise a regular bar syrup with sugar cane and water, but it has a special ingredient, gum arabic( also known as Gum Sudani and Acacia Gum ), which acts as an emulsifier.
Gomme syrup is made with the highest percentage of sugar to water possible, while the gum arabic prevents the sugar from crystallizing and adds a smooth texture. - says Cocktails FandomButterscotch Schnapps
Schnapps is an alcoholic beverage that can be a distilled fruit brandy, a herbal liqueur, infusions and flavoured liqueurs, made by infusing fruit syrups, spices or artificial flavourings to a neutral grain spirit.
Schnapps in German means a strong alcoholic drink and it's usually a 60-80 proof (30% - 40% ABV) beverage.
Butterscotch Schnapps is a Schanpps made by infusing butter and brown sugar in grain spirit, and is designed to taste just like butterscotch caramels and are used in creating sweet cocktails and shots. It is usually 30–42 proof (15% – 21% ABV ) and is weaker than other Schnapps.
The most famous Butterscotch Schnapps is Dekuyper Buttershot Schnapps.Double Cream
Double Cream is the British version of American Whipping Cream, the only difference being it is slightly thicker with about 48% butterfat. It is a thick, rich, yellowish cream with a scalded or cooked flavour, which comes from the way unpasteurised milk is heated until a thick layer of cream sits on top.
