40 Volume Lemonade Recipe
Muddle the Bacardi Limon, the amaretto and the sour apple. Add 3 to 5 lemon wedges and 1 or 2 tbsp. of sugar. Muddle well without ice. Add the sour mix and the 7-Up. Shake and strain into a 16oz glass. Garnish with a slice of lemon and a cherry.

Amaretto is a liqueur, a sweet Italian liqueur that originated in Saronno. There are different brands and each have their slight variations and ingredients vary from apricot kernel, bitter almonds, peach stones or almonds, all these are natural sources of the benzaldehyde that brings the almond flavour to the liqueur. Amaretto usually contains a 21% to 48% Alcohol by Volume.
Amaretto liqueur can be drunk straight or used as an ingredient in mixed drinks, or with coffee.
The name Amaretto originated from the Italian word amaro, meaning bitter. Amaretto's bitterness is derived from the drupe kernel and although the bitterness of Amaretto tends to be mild, sweeteners and at time sweet almonds are added to enhance the flavour of the final product.Sour Apple Pucker Schnapps
Pucker is a line of fruit flavoured liqueur produced by DeKyuper and are usually 15% ABV (30 proof). Puckers are mostly used in mixed drinks.
Sour Apple Pucker is a sour apple-flavored fruit liqueur produced in the Netherlands by DeKuyper . Being just 15% ABV (30 proof) it's fairly low in spirit and is used in many cocktails.
