How do I achieve a hard shake?
MOREA hard shake involves shaking vigorously with a lot of force. It`s often used for cocktails with egg whites to create a denser foam. Be mindful of the potential for over-dilution.

Tequila Fizz #2 Recipe
Pour tequila, lemon juice and sugar into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes. Shake well, and strain into a collins glass almost filled with ice cubes. Add club soda, stir well, and serve.
1800 Tequila
1800 Tequila is a Mexican tequila brand owned by the Beckmann Family, the family owns the Jose Cuervo tequila brand too. 1800 is a 100% blue agave tequila bottled in Jalisco, Mexico. 1800 is named after the year tequila was first aged in oak casks.
