MOREold the bar spoon upside down and pour the liquid slowly over the back of the spoon. Touch the edge of the spoon to the inner wall of the glass to control the pour and layer drinks with precision.

Gull's Wing Recipe
Pour tequila, creme de bananes and lemon juice into a cocktail shaker half-filled with crushed ice. Shake, strain into an old-fashioned glass almost filled with crushed ice, and serve.
1800 Tequila
1800 Tequila is a Mexican tequila brand owned by the Beckmann Family, the family owns the Jose Cuervo tequila brand too. 1800 is a 100% blue agave tequila bottled in Jalisco, Mexico. 1800 is named after the year tequila was first aged in oak casks.
Creme De Banane
Crème de Banane is a banana flavoured liqueur bottled at 17–25% Alcohol by Volume. it is mostly used in alcoholic beverages, in cocktails and in cooking and as dessert dressing too.
Crème de Banane, are based on neutral alcohol distilled from beet root and flavoured with an extract made from both a distillation and infusion of bananas, and sweetened with sugar.
Note: If a Creme de Banane liquor is not available a Creme de Banane Syrup can be used as a replacement too.Lemon Juice
Lemon Juice being rich in Vitamin C is an excellent remedy for sore throat and aids in digestion and controls blood sugar, and also promoted weight loss. It is used for various culinary and non-culinary purposes all over the world. Lemon juice is known to reduce or even reverse the effects of excessive alcohol consumption and intoxication.
In drink mixing, fresh lemon juice brings a tangy zing to so many classic drinks and in fact, it's the most used ingredient in drink mixing other than the liquors of course.
