The cocktail list is divided into three categories: Unforgettable ( Gin Fizz, Sidecar and Negroni for example ), Contemporary Classics ( including Cosmopolitan, Sex on the Beach and Black Russian ) and New Era Drinks ( Espresso Martini, Vesper and Darn 'N' Stormy are a few ). Rum
Rum is a liqour that originated in the West indies and is made by fermenting then distilling sugarcane molasses or sugarcane juice. The distillate is usually a clear liquid and is then aged in oak barrels.
Most Rums are produced in the Caribbeans and American countries, but are now produced in other sugar producing countries like PHilippines and Taiwan.
The first recorded mention of Rum comes from Barbados, in about 1650. They were originally called "kill-devil" or "rumbullion" and later on, simply Rum.Hot Cinnamon Schnapps
Cinnamon Schnapps is a Schnapps liqueur, it is sweet and syrupy with hot spicy undertones. Some brands like GOLDSCHLAGER adds gold flakes to the liqueur. Cinnamon Schnapps can be enjoyed as shot or sipped from a rock glass, and is part of several popular cocktails.
Apple Juice
Apple juice is a fruit juice made by maceration and pressing of an apple. The extract is usually clarified of suspended starch and pectin and then pasteurised and bottled or further clarified to produce a commercial juice. Apple juice manufacturing being an expensive process, it is mostly produced commercially worldwide.
Apple juice if unconcentrated, is 88% water and helps rehydrating the body, it contains beneficial plant compounds like polyphenols. Lakewood's Organic Apple Juice is one of the best choices of Organic Apple Juice, while Mott's Sensible Apple is the brand that has the least added sugar in it.
Apple juice goes well with Vodka too, while dark liquors like Bourbon and Dark Rum had been the traditional choices with Apple Juice.
