Absinthe Herbal Liqueur 1 bottle
Absinthe is an anise flavoured spirit derived from several plants including grand wormwood. green anise and fennel ,along with other medicinal and culinary herbs. Absinthe is Swiss in origin, and was created in the late 18th Century, it rose to tremendous popularity in the late 19th and early 20th Century among Parisian artists and writers, and became associated with the Bohemian culture and notoriety.
Earnest Hemmingway, James Joyce, Charles Baudelaire, Toulouse-Lautrec, Pablo Picasso, Vincent Van Gogh, Oscar Wilde, Edgar Allan Poe, Lord Byron to name a few celebrated auteurs and thinkers who were Absinthe aficionados and it's needless to say their association took Absinthe to an unprecedented popularity and notoriety at the same time. It also has the reputation of being a psychoactive drug and hallucinogen, although these claims don't have any scientific evidence, resulting in Absinthe ban in USA and Europe for a long period.
Absinthes are of two types, distilled and cold mixed. Distilled Absinthe used a technique similar to Gin where the distillation removes the undesired herbal bitter influences while producing the clear spirit with the desired complexity and aroma retained in it.
Cold mixed Absinthe is produced using the inexpensive process of blending flavouring essencs and artificial colouring in commercial alcohol, just as flavoured Vodka is produced by infusion, it is this Cold Mixed Absinthe that can reach as high as 90% ABV. Beware that due to the lack of Absinthe regulations in many countries. producers falsify advertising claims like, referring to their product as "distilled".151 Proof Rum 1 bottle
Overproof Rums are Rums with a much higher alcohol concentration which is usually greater than 57.5% but although 151 proof means 75.5% ABV, most Rums with 57.5% Alcohol are labelled as 151.
Overproof Rums are highly inflammable and are usually used in cocktails as a top layer meant to be ignited and burst into flames, rendering a charred flavour to the drink while arousing awe and interest by quite a fire show.
Overproof Rums are not meant to be drank neat or even as a base spirit, the alcohol concentration is too high, but it can add special character to mixed drinks.
Bacardi 151 was a famous overproof Rum and although it has been discontinued in 2016, there are other pretty famous brands like Lemon Hart 151, Hamilton 151, Wray and Nephew White Overproof Rum and Pusser’s Gunpowder Proof.
Note: Gunpowder Proofing a Navy Rum was an old concept, where Rum poured over Gun powder would not wet the gun powder and when lit, the gun powder will catch fire once the alcohol has burnt.
Navy rum was originally a blend mixed from rums produced in the West Indies. It was initially supplied at a strength of 100 degrees (UK) proof, 57% alcohol by volume (ABV), as that was the only strength that could be tested (by the gunpowder test) before the invention of the hydrometer. Everclear is an American grain spirit, rather a neat rectified spirit and since it's bottled at as high as 95% purity too, it's nothing but rectified spirit. Everclear is bottled at 60%, 75.5% and 90% ABV and despite it's ban in several US states, it's ridiculously high alcohol content and a hard to put out flame when lit, has made it an iconic spirit of notorious reputation.
Some often ask if this is clear distilled grain spirit, then why is it not Vodka? It's not Vodka because Vodka never had this high alcohol content and Vodka is not this rectified, Vodka still retains some flavours of the ingredients but Everclear is almost medical grade pure alcohol.

The Punch was introduced to the East India Company from the Indian Subcontinent in the late 17th Century, where a Paantsch, meaning Five, as a drink was frequently made with five ingredients, alcohol, sugar, juice from lime or lemon, water and spices.
In the USA, a fruit punch might be an artificially flavoured commercial beverage that might or might not contain any real fruit or fruit juice. In alcoholic beverages and popular culture, a Fruit Punch is usually a fruit based cocktail made for a large group and served in a large wide punch bowl with punch glasses to serve.
