Put rum, coconut milk and pineapple into a bar blender with about 2 Cups of ice. Blend until smooth and pour into a coupe glass. Pour raspberry liquer over top.

    There are no legal categorisatoin of Rums and it's just a matter of practice that dark rum is used in cooking or is drunk straight or with a Cola , white rums are mostly used in cocktails.

    Coconut Milk is the opaque, milky-white juice of the coconut pulp, the opacity and rich taste of coconut milk is from the high oil content.
