To make clear ice, follow these steps:

4. Remove Cloudy Portion: Once frozen, cut away the cloudy portion, leaving clear ice.

This sparkling cocktail marries tropical cachaça with bright blood orange flavor and elegant champagne effervescence. Muddle chunks of blood orange with simple syrup to release the sweet-tart juices. Shake with grassy cachaça, herbaceous Aperol and honey-orange Grand Marnier. Strain into a tall glass filled with ice. Top up with dry, bubbly champagne for an instant splash of sophistication.
