Flaming Boilermaker
flaming boilermaker is a popular Rum cocktail containing a combinations of Beer,Whiskey .Served using Beer mug
Beer and a shot takes on fiery new meaning with this flambé riff on a classic boilermaker. Heat whiskey briefly in the microwave just until boiling. Pour beer into a pint glass. Ignite the whiskey in a shot glass, then drop into the beer to extinguish. The couple seconds of ignition releases the whiskey`s aromatics for enhanced flavor. Allow a moment for the shot glass to cool before drinking the entire concoction as you would a normal boilermaker. A nice smoky complexity results when done properly. But take care - igniting straight liquor can be dangerous. Fun bar trick for the pyrotechnically daring!
