Step 2: Add Ingredients to Mixing Glass

Place all liquid ingredients into the mixing glass. If the recipe calls for sugar or other sweeteners, ensure they are properly dissolved before adding ice.

Step 3: Add Ice

Add quality ice cubes to the mixing glass. Using larger cubes helps to chill the mixture without excessive dilution.

Step 4: Hold the Bar Spoon Correctly

Hold the bar spoon between your thumb and the first two fingers, allowing it to pivot smoothly as you stir.

Step 5: Stir Gently and Smoothly

Insert the bar spoon into the mixing glass, reaching the bottom, and stir gently and smoothly in a circular motion. Aim for a controlled and elegant stirring technique.

Step 6: Strain into Glass

Once adequately stirred (usually around 20-30 seconds), use a strainer to pour the mixture into the appropriate glassware, ensuring no ice is transferred.

Step 7: Garnish and Serve

Add any necessary garnishes, and present your impeccably stirred cocktail with pride.

  • Lemon Juice

Lemon Juice being rich in Vitamin C is an excellent remedy for sore throat and aids in digestion and controls blood sugar, and also promoted weight loss. It is used for various culinary and non-culinary purposes all over the world. Lemon juice is known to reduce or even reverse the effects of excessive alcohol consumption and intoxication.
In drink mixing, fresh lemon juice brings a tangy zing to so many classic drinks and in fact, it's the most used ingredient in drink mixing other than the liquors of course.

  • Lemon Lime Soda 1 bottle

Soda refers to carbonated water, sweetened, flavoured or plain, but there is a difference between Soda and plain Carbonated Water or Sparkling Water, which is known as Seltzer Water, while Seltzer Water is plain water carbonated to add fizz, Soda water contains potassium bicarbonate and potassium sulphate in the water, and according to research Seltzer Water is safer for teeth health and sparkling water provides true hydration and is better at it than regular soda or diet soda.

  • Boiling Water

Water might seem like one ubiquitous ingredient in any alcoholic beverage, and to have no specific purpose other than dilute the alcohol, to prevent irritation and burn, it has more purpose to its presence than it seems.
Water breaks the alcohol molecules and attaches to them and releases the esters that holds the secret to the aroma into the drink and to the nose. Temperature of water is important and although almost all cocktails are served chilled, be sure to understand the role water plays in a drink. Another factor is the quality of water, if you are serious about your cocktail, be sure to use the best neutral tap water or preferably bottled spring water if possible.
