A refreshing fruity cocktail, reminiscent of strawberry shortcake. Sweet strawberry syrup and tart lemon juice mimic the flavors of strawberries and cream. Cherry brandy contributes almond and fruit. White rum provides a smooth backdrop of body. Blending with ice makes it perfectly chilled and smooth. Double strain into a glass to remove excess ice chips, preserving the silky texture. Garnish with sliced strawberries and a sprig mint. A little dessert in a glass!
