Baileys Irish Cream

Bailey's Irish Cream is an Irish cream liqueur, a liqueur is an alcoholic drink made of distilled spirits and flavorings such as sugar, fruits, herbs, and spices. Schnapps is an alcoholic beverage that can be a distilled fruit brandy, a herbal liqueur, infusions and flavoured liqueurs, made by infusing fruit syrups, spices or artificial flavourings to a neutral grain spirit.

Schnapps in German means a strong alcoholic drink and it's usually a 60-80 proof (30% - 40% ABV) beverage.

Butterscotch Schnapps is a Schanpps made by infusing butter and brown sugar in grain spirit, and is designed to taste just like butterscotch caramels and are used in creating sweet cocktails and shots. It is usually 30–42 proof (15% – 21% ABV ) and is weaker than other Schnapps.

Raspberry Liqueur

Raspberry Liqueur is what a liqueur is, a neutral liquor, wine or gin with added flavours and sweetness from fruits, herbs and other ingredients.

In Raspeberry Liqueur, raspberries are macerated with sugar in vodka, and vanilla pods are often added for a wider flavour profile, alcohol and sugar draw out the fruit's natural juices and essential oils into the spirit.

Tuaca

Tuaca is a brandy liqueur naturally flavoured with citrus essence, vanilla and other secret spices, and is claimed to have a recipe that dates back to the Renaissance period.

The Tuaca Brand was originally owned by the Sussex families of Brighton, England and was later acquired by Brown-Forman of Louisville, Kentucky and is now owned by Sazarec Company since 2016.

Tuaca has a mild sweet flavour and is bottled at 70 proof or 35% ABV.
