MORETo avoid flames engulfing the peel, ensure it is held at a safe distance from the flame. Express the oils over the flame briefly and with a quick motion. The goal is to release the oils, not to set the peel ablaze.

Pour buttershots into a chilled shot glass. Carefully layer or float the irish cream on top, and serve. smooth and SWEET shooter~
Butterscotch Liqueur
Butterscotch Liqueur is a rich delicious liqueur that tastes like melted butterscotch, tastes of melted butter and brown sugar. It is a clear liqueur, it is scrumptious and it's rich taste makes it a versatile mixer for cocktails.
Butterscotch Liqueur is made by infusing butter and brown sugar in grain spirit, and is designed to taste just like butterscotch caramels and are used in creating sweet cocktails and shots. It is usually 30–42 proof (15% – 21% ABV ).
Baileys Irish Cream
Bailey's Irish Cream is an Irish cream liqueur, a liqueur is an alcoholic drink made of distilled spirits and flavorings such as sugar, fruits, herbs, and spices. They can be rightfully christened as the descendants of herbal medicine. The Bailey's Irish Cream is a sweet, cream and cocoa flavoured thick liqueur with Irish Whiskey being the base alcohol and is one of the most popular liqueurs used in cocktail creation.
