The 1960's TV show The Man from U.N.C.L.E made the Napoleon Solo cocktail popular. The drink was named after the lead character played by Robert Vaughn and was featured in several episodes of the show. The recipe for the cocktail is simple and includes just a few ingredients: gin Lillet Blanc orange bitters and a twist of lemon peel.

Combine the Tia Maria and the chocolate sauce in a shaker with some ice cubes. Add 1/4 can of Coca-Cola and shake well. Strain into a cocktail glass and top with whipped cream. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Tie a knot with a maraschino cherry stem and ease it into the whipped cream a little off centre. Make sure the cherry is well surrounded by whipped cream, but the top and the stem are still visible. Slide in a long stemmed tablespoon for the whipped cream.
