How-To Guide: Mixing Perfect Margaritas

Ingredients:
- 2 oz silver tequila
- 1 oz triple sec
- 1 oz fresh lime juice
- Ice
- Salt (for rimming, optional)
- Lime wedges (for garnish)

Instructions:

1. Prepare the Glass:

   - If desired, rim the glass with salt. Wet the rim with a lime wedge, then dip it into a plate of salt to coat the rim evenly.

2. Fill the Shaker:
   - Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. This ensures your Margarita is well-chilled and perfectly balanced.

3. Add Tequila:

   - Pour 2 ounces of silver tequila into the shaker.

4. Add Triple Sec:
   - Add 1 ounce of triple sec to the shaker. This orange-flavored liqueur complements the tequila and lime.

5. Squeeze Fresh Lime Juice:

   - Squeeze the juice from fresh limes to obtain 1 ounce of lime juice. Fresh lime juice enhances the flavor of the Margarita.

6. Shake Well:
   - Secure the lid on the shaker and shake the ingredients vigorously for about 10-15 seconds. This ensures proper mixing and chilling.

7. Strain into Glass:

   - Strain the mixture from the shaker into your prepared glass. You can use a fine strainer to remove ice chips if desired.

8. Garnish:
   - Garnish your Margarita with a lime wedge on the rim for a decorative touch.

9. Serve and Enjoy:

   - Your perfect Margarita is ready to be enjoyed! Sip and savor the delightful blend of tequila, citrus, and sweetness.

  • Rum

Rum is a liqour that originated in the West indies and is made by fermenting then distilling sugarcane molasses or sugarcane juice. The distillate is usually a clear liquid and is then aged in oak barrels.

Most Rums are produced in the Caribbeans and American countries, but are now produced in other sugar producing countries like PHilippines and Taiwan.

The first recorded mention of Rum comes from Barbados, in about 1650. They were originally called "kill-devil" or "rumbullion" and later on, simply Rum.

  • Strawberry Mix

Strawberry Mix is mix of all natural high quality roasted seeds and dried berries, unsweetened dried strawberries and the Strawberry Mix Syrup is made with the same ingredients with added flavour, lycopene colourant, vegetable oil concentrate for colour, pectin and citric acid.

  • Wildberry Mix

Wildberries have a refreshing sweet and sour taste and are full of fruity fresh taste. Wild raspberries, blueberries and blackberries form the base of a wildberries mix. However not all wildberries are edible and do not try to create your own mix unless you are sure which ones are non-poisonous.
Monin Wildberry Fruit Smoothie Mix recipe has Water, Sugar, Blackberry Puree Concentrate, Raspberry Puree Concentrate, Blackberry Juice Concentrate, Natural Flavors, Citric Acid, Vegetable Juice (Color), Acacia Gum, Strawberry Seeds, Xanthan Gum, Green Tea Extract

  • Orange Juice

Orange Juice is an excellent source of Vitamin C, one cup contains twice the daily recommended value. Vitamin C supports the immune system and helps fighting the common cold. The folate in Orange juice supports healthy fetal development. It is low calory and thus is already a qualified alternative to cola fizz in your cocktail if you want to keep your drinks acceptably healthy.

Orange Juice being citrus and naturally sweet and sour, it literally goes with almost any liquor, and of course Vodka being neutral, the best known pairing is with Vodka. But goes well with Dark Rum too, and you get the Planter's Punch, mix it with Champagne and you have made a mimosa, or with tequila to make a tequila sunrise.
