Berry Blaster Recipe
Fill Hurricane glass with blocked ice, place liqueur in order of ingredients. Lemon juice should mix with cranberry juice and layer on top of the liqueurs, garnish with a lemon wheel.
Creme De Cassis
Crème de cassis is a blackcurrant liqueur. It is sweet and dark liqueur is a specialty of Burgundy but it is also made in Anjou, England, Luxembourg, Alberta, Quebec and Tasmania.
THe quality of creme de cassis depends on the variety and quality of the berries and a liqueur labeled Creme de Cassis de Dijon guarantees that the liqueur is made from berries grown in the commune of Dijon in Burgundy.
A new protected geographical indication Creme de Cassis de Bourgogne was approved and it guarantees a liqueur made with berries from the Burgundy region of France.
As for any other European exotic liqueur, if it is not easily available near you, you can substitute Creme de Cassis with a home made Creme de Cassis or infuse Cassis Syrup in High Proof Alcohol for the effect as the last resort.Peach Schnapps
Peach Schnapps is a type of Schnapps with a peach flavour, made by adding flavour to clear grain spirit. It was introduced by DeKuyper in 1984, and quickly became the top selling Schnapps in America. The favour is intense and that makes it a favourite mixer in cocktails. These heavily sweetened alcoholic beverages are bottled with an alcohol content that varies between 15% and 40% ABV.
Although Peach Schnapps like other Schnapps are mostly used as flavorings and mixers in cocktails, they can definitely be enjoyed straight, and a Peach Schnapps is typically a summer or spring drink.
Peach Schnapps is usually mixed with orange juice or white lemonade, but are often used as mixers in cocktails with other primary base alcohol.
Peach Schnapps is the most favourite Schapps in the UK.Parfait Amour Orange Liqueur
Orange Liqueur is the generic name for orange fruit based liqueurs, there are two traditions of orange liqueur, Triple Sec and Curacao, two major brands being Cointreau from the Triple Sec tradition and Grand Marnier from the Curacao tradition.

Cranberry Juice is rich in Vitamin C and antioxidants, the compounds that fight free radicals and kills harmful bacteria. Cranberry juice is a home remedy for Urinary Tract Infection.
Pure Cranberry Juice is sour and bitter with very low sugar in it, and thus fortified Cranberry Juice is used for consumption and sugar is added to it for taste. The resulting juice tart and sweet and with a pH of 2.6 it is quite acidic and is an excellent substitute for Red Wine.
