Commandaria Wine made in the Commandaria region of Cyprus, is a style of wine that dates back to ancient Greek and has been referred by Greek poet Hesiod in 800 BCE.

It is the wine that was served at the 12th Century Wedding of King Richard the Lionheart, and he declared Commandaria the Wine of Kings, and the King of Wines.

Pour the white mozart into a cordial glass. Slowly and carefully pour original mozart on top using the back of the spoon. Serve.
