Can I use sweet vermouth instead of dry in a Martini?
MOREA classic martini traditionally uses dry vermouth. However, if you prefer a sweeter flavor, you can experiment with sweet vermouth. Just be aware that it will result in a different taste profile.

Johnson Cocktail Recipe
Pour the blackberry brandy and rum into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes. Shake well, and strain into a highball glass. Top with chilled Sprite, stir briefly and serve.
Rum
Rum is a liqour that originated in the West indies and is made by fermenting then distilling sugarcane molasses or sugarcane juice. The distillate is usually a clear liquid and is then aged in oak barrels.
Most Rums are produced in the Caribbeans and American countries, but are now produced in other sugar producing countries like PHilippines and Taiwan.
The first recorded mention of Rum comes from Barbados, in about 1650. They were originally called "kill-devil" or "rumbullion" and later on, simply Rum.Blackberry Brandy
Blackberry Brandy is created by infusing fine brandy with sun ripened blackberries. This is a delicious brandy and goes well with ice cream and cocktails as well as a straight drink, best enjoyed after dinner.
Blackberry brandy has several health benefits too, which includes its use as a cure for diarrhea. The high tannin content of blackberries tighten tissues and alleviates hemorrhoids, relieves intestinal inflammation. Blackberry brandy is high on antioxidants which help eliminate the free radicals in our body.
It also contains vitamin C, a byproduct of the copper pot stills used in the distillation process, Vitamin C helps prevent several diseases like Scurvy and Gout and boosts the immune system.Chilled Sprite Soda
Soda refers to carbonated water, sweetened, flavoured or plain, but there is a difference between Soda and plain Carbonated Water or Sparkling Water, which is known as Seltzer Water, while Seltzer Water is plain water carbonated to add fizz, Soda water contains potassium bicarbonate and potassium sulphate in the water, and according to research Seltzer Water is safer for teeth health and sparkling water provides true hydration and is better at it than regular soda or diet soda.
