Soju is literally the national alcohol of Korea. It is a clear, colourless distilled alcoholic beverage of Korean origin. It is usually consumed neat and it’s alcohol content varies from 16.8% to 53% alcohol by volume.
Soju is traditionally made from the grains of rice. Wheat or barley and modern producers often use potatoes and sweet potatoes as alternate source of starch.
If you are into cinema, then the drink that the Korean Gangster Boss is drinking from a shot glass kind of glass called a Soju Glass, pouring from green bottles, it is Soju.Malibu
Malibu is promoted as a Rum or a flavoured Rum, and is one of the most famous flavoured Rums available, but in technical terms, Malibu is not a Coconut Rum, it is a coconut flavoured liqueur with a Caribbean Rum base, and it comes with an alcohol content as low as 21% ABV.
The original Malibu is a coconut liqueur with Caribbean Rum, but there are other variations with tropical fruit flavours like Banana, Passion Fruit, Mango, Pineapple and Melon.
Malibu was originally created by Tom Jago of International Distillers & Vintners, and was made from fruit spirits, flavored with rum and coconut flavoring, in Curaçao. Originally intended to simplify the mixing if Pina Colada but the drink became popular and the production was moved to Barbados and was improved upon.Tequila
Tequila is a distilled beverage, made only from a specific cultivar of Agave Tequilana called 'Weber Azul' or Blue Agave, native to the states of Jalisco, Colima, Nayarit and Aguascalientes in Mexico. The Blue Agave grows above an altitude of 1500 m and are juicy succulents with spiky fleshy leaves.
Tequila is made around the city of Tequila 40 miles northwest of Guadaljara, and in the Jaliscan Highlands of Central Western Mexico. Mexican laws state that Tequila can only be produces in the state of Jalisco and a few limited municipalities in the other Blue Agave growing regions.
Tequila is 35% to 55% Alcohol by Volume (70 and 110 U.S. proof), it must be at least 40% ABV to be sold as Tequila in the USA.
Tequila is a distilled derivative of the pre-Columbian fermented beverage called pulque, made from the Agave plant. When the Spanish conquistadors ran out of their brandy, they started distilling Agave to produce a distilled spirit. This by 1600s was what Don Pedro Sánchez de Tagle, the Marquis of Altamira, began mass-producing in his distillery near modern day Jalisco and came to be known as Tequila.Watermelon Pucker
Pucker is a line of fruit-favoured liqueurs made by DeKuypers. Puckers are usually 15% ABV and is often used in mixed drinks.
Cranberry Juice Fill
Cranberry Juice is rich in Vitamin C and antioxidants, the compounds that fight free radicals and kills harmful bacteria. Cranberry juice is a home remedy for Urinary Tract Infection.
Pure Cranberry Juice is sour and bitter with very low sugar in it, and thus fortified Cranberry Juice is used for consumption and sugar is added to it for taste. The resulting juice tart and sweet and with a pH of 2.6 it is quite acidic and is an excellent substitute for Red Wine.Ginger Ale
Ginger Ale is a non-alcoholic carbonated soft drink with a distinct ginger flavour. it is drank on its own and as a mixer. There are two types of Ginger Ale, the classic Golden developed by Irish Doctor Thomas Joseph Cantrell, and the dry pale style with milder flavours. by John McLaughlin of Canada.
Traditional Ginger Ale is fermented using ginger, yeast (or ginger bug), water, sugar and other flavourings. Sugar is added to speed up fermentation since Ginger's sugar content is lower than needed for fermentation. In classic Ginger Ale the carbonation is not artificial but comes from the fermentation of sugar by yeast into ethanol and carbon dioxide.
