MOREThe show that popularized the Cosmopolitan was Sex and the City. The main character Carrie Bradshaw and her friends would often drink them at lunches dinners and nightclubs. The popularity of the show led to a resurgence in the popularity of the cocktail and it has remained a popular drink ever since.

Shake gin and vermouth in a cocktail shaker with ice. Strain into a cocktail glass and garnish with an orange slice.
